Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tokopedia is looking for Event Manager for our potential new business venture, the hired applicant will be in charge to:
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Perform as PIC of hiring personnel
- Coordinate all operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as event manager
- Experienced in planning, executing and monitoring online events
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from marketing and management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and project management skills
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
