Senior Internet Marketing - Growth Hacker  

As an Internet Marketing growth hacker at Tokopedia, you will be required to mine and harvest large amounts of data to generate actionable insights that will power our growth.

The candidate will need to have a natural affinity for extracting, processing, and analyzing data from various web consoles including but not limited to:

• Platform Consoles - Search, Facebook, Apple Search and Programmatic (DSP)
• Analytics - Google Analytics
• Mobile Marketing Platforms - Branch
• Other data repositories including App Annie, Google Playstore

The candidate also will need to design, execute and analyze marketing experiments that result in actionable insights for Tokopedia.

• Experience in Data Analyst at least 2 years.
• Aptitude for advanced data analysis in Excel is mandatory, while familiarity with statistics will be an advantage.
• Have a good understanding of the e-commerce industry.
• Understand performance marketing funnel, strategy, and data interpretation.
• Understand how a digital marketing platform works (Google ads, Facebook Ads, Digital Owned Media, Ad Networks, etc).
• Data-driven and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
• Self-driven, willing to learn, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, well-organized, discipline, and high initiative.
