- Monitoring on a daily basis for sales performance
- Monitoring on weekly basis for channel performance
- GIve recommendation to RM for the channel that perform better
- Do a weekly cadence with RM/AM & Channel owner to discuss the brand performance and improvement
- Prepare the template report deck
- Provide The Full Report Result
