Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tokopedia is looking for Business Development Lead for our potential new business venture, the hired applicant will be in charge to:
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, business partner and merchants
- Identify rising business opportunities,
- Acquire and convert potential clients in Indonesia
- Identify and map business strengths and clients needs
- Plan, direct, execute and control all sales and promotion activities
- Conduct accurate market research to support sales program & strategy
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Development (Managerial level), preferably from Startup/ technology industry
- Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Business/ Management/ Marketing or other technical fields
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent leadership skill and problem solving skill
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels
- Team player with positive attitude
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
