Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Posting invoice received from supplier into accounting system
- Assist and support the whole team in daily operational task, such as invoice receiving process, etc.
- Updating and maintaining records of expenditures and payable
- Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy.
- Involve in month-end closing activities and perform review to ensure completeness over the accrual balance
Kualifikasi Minimum
- In process of completing a 2 or 4 year degree in Accounting from an accredited university
- Basic command of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communications skills - written, oral, and interpersonal
- Works independently with focus on accuracy and quality
