Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide financial and strategic analysis on major decisions related to the company’s funding strategy, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Interact with business unit leads to analyze business performance and drive positive strategic changes across the organization
- Assist in the preparation of regular and ad hoc internal reporting (highlighting key financial and business performance indicators) and investor communications as needed
- Develop/review financial models that help guide the decision making process for long-term strategic planning with relation to revenue/cost drivers and new business initiatives
- Conduct industry research related to trends risks, and opportunities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 3 years of working experience in related positions
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills working on complex and time-sensitive issues
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
