Business Development - Personal Lending Intern (Internship)  

Business promotion is an integral part of Tokopedia - with one of its building foundation being product marketing and creating campaign for Fintech Products.
With e-commerce AND fintech market flourishing in recent years, giving users awareness and education of fintech products have became a key factor to be highly competitive in the market.
As a business promotion strategist, you will be working intensively with your team and other divisions to develop promotions from ground up. You will be provided with a wealth of insights to broaden your knowledge and contribute to Tokopedia and fintech industry!

1. Helping team to create promo of Personal Lending from scratch, incuding MRD and creative request

2. Understanding Tokopedia promo intools and give inputs if possible

3. Helping Strategist to fill marketing requirements

4. Creating good and healthy working environment with Strategist team and other teams

1. Minimum Bachelor/Undergraduate degree in Business, marketing, or related field.
2. Industry expert - Deep experience in e-commerce new buyer acquisiton and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
3. Willing to learn new things and Fintech industry.
4. Creative-minded individuals with preferably hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace.
5. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English, preferably have a basic understanding of Mandarin.
6. Outstanding communication skills to translate data to meaningful business recommendations.
7. Deeply analytical approach to problem solving with a love of data and spreadsheets.
8. Excels and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous situations, proactively seeking answers and creating solutions.
9. Ability to work with highly-confidential information.
10. Adaptable and fast learner.
11. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
12. Able to work individually and collectively.
