Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing Tokopedia man power planning, working together with the OKR team to align between target and capacity.
- Managing Organization data, from organization structure, job descriptions and cost centers allocation to ensure accurate and clean data.
- Managing people analytics and research related to all people functions
- Liaise with people partner and leaders regarding workforce planning and organization change management.
- Able to evaluate Tokopedia organization structure design & analysis (would be an advantage)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistic or industrial engineering is prefered
- 4+ Years experience in human resources
- Function as an analyst, consultant, and/or project manager as required.
- Strong in data analytics and details oriented
- Strong in communication skills across team
- Be well-adapt in change management implementation and strategies
- Experience of change management
