Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparing and providing project required documents to internal teams&key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues to project manager
- Ensure deliverables of the project meets requirements when the promo is going to be live
- Report, plan, progress, and result of the project to project manager
- Giving statistical reasoning, understand how to design an effective experiments, and develop a quantitative intuition for interpreting user experience data
- Identify partnership opportunity within large enterprises and lead all aspects of deal
- Provide customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habit, and perceptions develop through targeted interviews, usability studies, a/b testing, and customer feedback
- Foster positive and productive relationship across internal Tokopedia division
- Work cross functionally with creative, copywriter, business development, fraud, customer services, and some other related additional division depending on the projects,
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1 year experiences in ecommerce/consultant/agency
- Familiar with e-commerce use case
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools
- Well organized and focus
- Detail oriented
- Able to work in a big team
- Reachable trough weekend or outside office hour
