Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of interdependency of cost drivers
- Collaborate with all cost centre managers to work on their cost budgeting, both OPEX and CAPEX
- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
- Deep down analysis on the actual vs. budget performance of all Tokopedia’s functions on a weekly and monthly basis
- Support the reporting process for management decision making.
- Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy in and cooperation
- Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in cost control
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with all stakeholders
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
