Project Planner Lead (Business)  

• Schedule regular meetings & record decisions (eg. assign task & next steps)
• Break projects into doable tasks, set timeframe, and goals
• Making startegy of digital goods big project quarterly
• Making SOP for a better project improvement including organizing and implementing formulated policies and procedures
• Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline, and setting benchmark of each project
• Monitor project progress & address potential issues to AVP of business
• Monitor quality controls of the project to ensures deliverables meet requirements
• Measure and report on every project performance to AVP
• Act as a key person of every project
• Foster positive and productive relationship across internal Tokopedia divisions
• Work cross functionally with creative, copywriters, business development, fraud, customer services, and some other related additional divisions depending on the projects

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Having more than 2 years experiences in ecommerce/ consultant/ agency company
• Having proven experiences as a project management or in similar management role
• Familiar with ecommerce use cases
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in microsoft suite (excel), and wordpress
• Super organized and focus
• Able to work with a super tight deadline
• Able to work with a big team in super agile environment
