Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify needs, goals, opportunities, and challenges of the business and craft digital marketing strategy to achieve business growth goals.
Create and Interpret marketing, channel, sales, and platform (web & app) data to a simple, actionable insight.
Working closely with Digital Marketing Specialists, Business Promotion team, Category team, and Creative team to achieve.
Monitor and manage marketing campaigns with the best execution.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Experience in Digital Marketing at least 3 years.
Understand the concept of digital marketing funnel & growth.
Broad knowledge of marketing strategy. Capable of planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategy.
Understand how digital marketing platform works (Google ads, Facebook Ads, Digital Owned media, etc)
Have a good understanding in the e-commerce industry.
Data-driven and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
Proficient in spoken & written English.
Self-driven, willing to learn, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done.
Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative.
