Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop content use case in Tokopedia to build content development plan and execution strategy
- Collaborate with Product team in content product development for Tokopedia
- Collaborate with Merchant & User division to provide more engaging content to Tokopedia users
- Manage and drive projects to foster effective content and viewership growth.
- Perform data analysis and reporting
- Identify and develop partnerships with potential content/media partner to enrich content variation in Tokopedia
- Assume responsibility of budget content development and potential revenue gain from content
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years experience in related fields
- Experience in major digital media/consulting companies
- Experience with talent / partners / influencers / account management is a plus
- Understanding of the content landscape and development trend of new media
- Good negotiation skills (includes reviewing contracts)
- Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with creative mindset
- Works well under pressure
- Has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results
