Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate and give advise to UX Designers & UX Engineers on UI perspective from initial product design process.
- Present the outstanding design with user’s need in mind.
- Build a prototype and do design testing.
- Build UI Component on Design System.
- Create pixel perfect design implementation.
- Determine the interface style, best practices and standards.
- Maintaining quality of UI output after development
- Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers and Product Owners).
- Mentor and coach junior team member to ensure the best design implementation.
- Proactively improve and develop new process/system with a good balance between new trends and product requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years experience as UI Designer or similar roles.
- Deep understanding of design process
- Excellent with design tools (such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Prototyping tools ( such as InVision, Marvel, etc)
- Deep Understanding Android & iOS behavior
- Good typography skills, structural design and information architecture
- Deep understanding about company brand
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially on balancing design aesthetic and product needs
- Think of the now and future market, don’t hesitate to speak up your breakthrough ideas 10. Have the capability to set design direction
