Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to give technical perspective from initial product design process
- Collaborate and give advise to Front-End Engineers on UI implementation and its best practices.
- Build prototype and do design testing.
- Build & maintain existing Design System Code Library.
- Ensure pixel perfect design implementation with good performance.
- Explore best practice approach to execute comprehensive documentation.
- Perform technical feasibility on every design process.
- Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers and Product Owners).
- Mentor and coach junior team member to ensure the best design implementation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Deep understanding of Web Technology (HTML, CSS, JS) and its latest standards (HTML5, CSS3).
- Deep understanding of API fetching mechanism (AJAX, GraphQL or others) to produce data-driven UI.
- Deep understanding of React JS or React Native.
- Deep understanding of versioning control (Git)
- Understand basic design process and modular website development.
- Experience on building web (React or non React) or apps (React Native).
- Experience on build and implement Unit Testing, especially on UI Component.
- Minimum 3 years experience as UX Engineer or similar roles.
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially on balancing design aesthetic and performance optimization.
