Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible to manage routine activities i.e: banking transaction, bank reconciliation with GL, weekly and monthly cash flow report, verify all payment vouchers and petty cash for approval
- Involve in the budgeting process and Performance Review report
- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, yearly financial statements
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting.
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Be the advisor to the Management on Finance related issues in order to contribute to the sustainable development of the entity
- Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Calculating profit and loss
- Additional controller duties as necessary
- Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on related operating metrics
- Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare forecasts for the company
- Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks
- Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Experience in a digital industry would be a bonus
- Good Analytical Skills, and attention to detail
- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs

- Strong analytical and planning skills
