UX Researcher Internship  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various methods of user research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
• Assist research and design plans based on the scope discussed with the specific product team
• Gather and analyze user behavior through user interviews,benchmark studies, usability testing, surveys, and online experiments (A/B testing).
• Work with Product Managers, Product Designers, Software Engineers and other researchers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research.
• Prescribe research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.

Qualifications:

• Final year students of Computer Science, Psychology, HCI, Interaction/Product Design, or any other relevant Digital Design disciplines such as Human-Computer Interaction.
• Experience conducting semi-structured interviews, and usability studies either live or remote.
• Experience in survey design and user interview method. Working knowledge of using spreadsheet to analyse and make sense of data
• Great interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written).
