- Responsible for the accurate receiving and record kepping of all new deliveries received by the warehouse from both local and overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate with Purchasing And Warehouse for instances involving item deliveries, damage returns, suppliers, etc.
- Ensure all returns are properly processed and reflected in the report and system.
- Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.
- Fulfill customer orders.
- Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
- Follow all safety codes.
- Record amounts of materials or items received.
- Perform facilities maintenance.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
