- Perform server hardware configuration and provisioning.
- Perform datacentre general infrastructure management including racking, cabling, organization, and other daily practices.
- Proactively identify issues and corrective actions necessary to sustain the environment.
- Resolve unusual or escalated customer service issues related to datacentre and network services.
- Respond in timely manner to all datacentre and network issues.
- Maintain regular usage and performance statistics for all datacentre and network systems and services.
- Sponsor projects related to datacentre and network services to provide maximum network and telecommunication availability, integrity, and flexibility.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or graduate of any course with relevant related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Relevant experience on enterprise grade servers, network equipment, and related software technologies.
- Relevant project management experience.
- Excellent customer service orientation, documentation, and communication skills.
