Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

You are a highly motivated individual with experience and have a passion for content strategy, blogging, micro-blogging and community participation leadership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage digital marketing campaigns, which include:
  • Curating relevant content to reach the target audience
  • Writing editorial content
  • Monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “social” way
  • Developing and expanding community and/or blogger outreach efforts
  • Overseeing designs
  • Designing, creating and managing promotions and Facebook ad campaigns
  • Compiling reports

• Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional and online marketing
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application
• Able to comfortably switch from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, and demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
• Experienced in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media channels and their respective participants and how each channel can be deployed in different scenarios
• Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media.; links to sample profiles should be provided
• Must have a working knowledge of the online marketing ecosystem relevant to Third Team Media and its customers
• Able to effectively communicate ideas and information in written and video format
• Excels at building and maintaining customer relationships, online and offline
• Has a knack for identifying potential negative situations and applying conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
• Must be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other team mates when necessary (e.g. content development and online reputation management)
• Must be well-versed in written and spoken English
• Must be tech-savvy and can pick up new tools quickly
