Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables.
- Prepares billing statements and collection notices.
- Identifies when delinquents accounts need to be called based on their payment terms.
- Communicates with sales and customers for necessary and timely actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Compiles, submits information, and suggests solutions about problem accounts to the AWS Billing and Collection Officer.
- Ensures proper filling documents for collection purposes.
- Prepares reports and also does reports regarding accounts receivable updates to sales agents.
- Achieves billing and collection targets.
- Does field work if necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in any Business-related course
- At least six (6) months relevent experience in Billing and/ or Collection.
- Keen to details.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong sense of ownership and can provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts.
