Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables of Amici Water Systems Branches. Coordinates with internal and external legal personnel if necessary.
- Effectively communicates and follows up with Billing and Collection Assistant regarding customer accounts receivables on a timely basis.
- Identifies actions on delinquent accounts based on their approved payment terms.
- Communicates with sales and customers for necessary and timely actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Compiles submits information and suggests solutions about problem accounts in AWS to the Billing and Collection Supervisor.
- Helps Billing and Collection Assistant to identify and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Prepares reports regarding accounts receivable updates.
- Accountable for the achievement of billing and collection targets of all AWS Billing and Collection Assistants.
- Reviews and approves sales order for credit audit.
- Generates accounts and documents for legal action.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Business;
- At least one (1) year relevant experience in billing and collection;
- Must be keen to details and highly organized;
- Must have strong communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills;
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must have a strong sense of ownership and can provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts.
