Management Trainees shall be exposed to the organization's different departments to gain experience and knowledge required to be in leadership positions.
They shall be working with managers, supervisors and rank and file employees while completing several different projects that will develop their leadership and management skills.
Most importantly, they are expected to uphold excellence in whatever they do.
Kualifikasi Minimum
1. Must be a graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Construction Management
2. Must have strong leadership skills
3. Must be willing to learn
4. Must have initiative
5. Must be committed to excellent output
