Sales Coordinator  

Supports sales representatives by coordinating sales-related activities within the company and delivering high standards of customer service. Provides administrative support to the sales team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates with different departments to meet sales representatives requirements on time and according to correct specifications.

2. Maintains business communication with clients before, during and after a sale to ensure high trends of client satisfaction.

3. Ensures that customer database/directory, sales records and files are up to date.

4. Responsible for the fulfillment and replenishment of office supplies and materials of the sales team.

5. Monitors delivery status and availability of stocks.

6. Assists in accounts receivables recovery and helps in the collection efforts.

7. Monitors cash requests and in charge of its liquidation.

8. Approves sales quotations and sales orders in behalf of the sales supervisor and sales manager.

1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course

2. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in the related field

3. Must be efficient, flexible and willing to work under pressure, organized and keen to details

4. Must have a good written and oral communication skills

5. Must be willing to do field work

6. Amenable to work in Quezon City
