Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of weekly roster and post on a regular basis
- Assist in conducting staff and daily shift briefings
- Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leaders and staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is achieved
- Effectively supervise the restaurant in the absence of the supervisor
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Provide directions to shift leaders and staff to achieve cafe targets
- Consistently review operations and staff to identify and problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis
- Create positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Exceed standards in food and beverage quality, safety and cleanliness
- Build rapport with guest and ensure every expectation is met and exceeded
- Monitor and maintain POS
- Develop and implement solutions to areas of improvement
- Assist in any area where the cafe requires help/extra hand
- Identify staff weakness and retrain if necessary
- Provide all daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by supervisor or manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Leadership / Supervisory experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
