Retail Operations Training Specialist  

We are looking for leaders who understand, appreciate, and uphold the daily operations of running a retail store. Someone who can effectively communicate these standards to other members of the team and ensure consistency.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Clearly defines the set standards and practices for different aspects of retail operations
• Ensures complete and accurate documentation of set standards and practices as basis for training
• Innovates training materials and facilitates effective techniques of teaching as an introduction and refresher to other members of the team
• Communicates with ease to a socially diverse community through the execution of in-house and practical trainings
• Provides feedback results to different team heads for personnel assessment result and direction
• Ensures proper and updated documentation of trainings conducted and assessment results of each personnel

• Preferably graduates of Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Communication, Management Engineering, Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Education, and Psychology are likely candidates
• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
