Engineering Systems Coordinator  

A trustworthy leader who understands and appreciates the importance of physical infrastructures to the success of operations. Someone who can find technical and ergonomic solutions to ensure a safe and secure environment for all personnel, clients, and customers.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Calibrate with cross-functional teams to understand each of their spaces and equipment requirements
• Provide space and equipment support for teams and personnel as needed
• Oversee building, renovation, and maintenance of office, commissary, and retail structures of the company
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and construction personnel
• Source, negotiate, and analyze the best materials, equipment, and service within the timeline and budget
• Maintain healthy business relationships with suppliers and service providers, while keeping the company's best interest in mind
• Communicate with to a socially diverse team to teach proper care and use of materials and equipment
• Keep records of structural plans, quotations, warranties, maintenance manuals, and the like
• Proactively schedules regular preventive maintenance of assets to maximize efficiency

• Has a Bachelor’s in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Interior Design, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Must have a strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
• Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
• Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
