Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performs patient histories and physical examinations using the Standard Patient's Form.
- Implements standard flow of patient. Limit long staying of patients.
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Strictly implements standard maximum number of patients per Doctor.
- Prepares clinical supplies and equipment every consultation day.
- Prepares, cleans and maintains examination and treatment rooms
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- With at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Must be a LICENSED Nurse
- Has the skills in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to both oral and written inquiries
- Familiar with alternative/integrative methods
