Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the tax planning and compliance for the organization and its affiliates
- Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks on taxes for all ventures, contracts and transactions entered into by the company/ies and its affiliates.
- Ensures that all tax returns are filed correctly, on time and in accordance with government regulations.
- Fully conversant with existing corporate and business tax regulations.
- Conducts periodic tax compliance review for the organization and its affiliates.
- Serves as overall resource person for all tax matters of the organization and its affiliates.
- With working knowledge of applicable tax regulations; can provide advice and information to the organization and its affiliates regarding tax requirements, procedures and compliance.
- Can interpret tax requirements, procedures and compliance; and can anticipate its implications and impact to the business
- Management of the following Taxes:
- Income Tax Return (quarterly and annual)
- Value Added Tax Return (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Final Tax (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Withholding Tax - Compensation, Expanded (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Filing and cancellation of POS permits
- Local Business Taxes for all stores (quarterly or annual)
- Real Property Taxes for stores
- Provision of Requirements related to Letters of Authority received from the BIR
- Advisory for new promotions and contracts to be entered into by the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
