Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Merchandise Administration:
- Oversees inventory movement and control in all online accounts
- Ensures timely and accurate stock replenishments for all online accounts
- Coordinates with Warehouse and E-commerce team for all online operations
- Allocates and maximizes sales potential thru effective replenishment
Reportorial Duties:
- Creates reports and analyzes sales figures for all online accounts
- Conducts sell through analysis for all online accounts
Admin and Support:
- Prepares merchandise allocation for all online accounts
- Maintains a systematic, complete, and organized file of all relevant documents pertaining to the operations of Merchandise Team
- Communicates w/ consignment accounts on a daily basis
- Shares Inventory & Stock Offer for Online and other stores
- Provides support to Immediate Superior
Online Functions:
- Prepares merchandise master file for uploading including quarterly allocation, Markdown Calendar and Hi-Resolution photos to be uploaded online
- Closely coordinates with Creative Designer for photo resizing
- Ensures healthy stock level
- Uploading of Markdowns/Discounts/Price Change
- Creates Sales Order in SAP for all Online Orders to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Creates Stock Transfer Order
- Processes all returns/exchanges in SAP
- Timely updating of Inventory in e-commerce backend site
- Closely coordinates with the e-commerce assistant for all Online related transactions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4 year Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1 year work experience
- Has background and knowledge in MERCHANDISING and/ or retail store operations.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
