Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinates with internal department/s and clients concerned in documenting and developing policies and procedures of certain manuals;
- Ensures correctness and precision of policies and procedures through constant proofreading of manuals and ensuring that cross-references are accurate;
- Conducts calibration to internal employees and client to understand process further if needed;
- Gives advice and recommends manner of implementation of the proposed policies;
- Finalizes policies and procedures based on client standards and ensures on-time release of duly signed and approved policies;
- Prepares basic training presentation and may conduct orientation of approved policies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree graduate;
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in related function / field;
- With technical writing background;
- Can work independently and is highly analytical;
- Amenable to work for a project-based employment.
