Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in developing short-term and long-term marketing strategy for fueling business growth using data-driven approaches.
- Interlock and collaborate with management team, product, and UX to align and enable infrastructure/tools/support needed for marketing .
- Responsible in identifying key factors to retain customers, increase return rate of visitors/users, increase current customer spending/leads, and Retain customers - increase repurchase rate or repeat customers. Conduct competition monitoring, including evaluate and analyze threats from existing or new players. Provide data-driven insights and analysis that would be useful in shaping the marketing strategy and its execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level proficiency in Excel, SQL and data analytics is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
- Has knowledge in SQL and Python for data analysis including Pandas, Numpy
