Head of Collections | Operations  

TendoPay is seeking a Head of Collections, who will work closely with the Management Team on designing and implementing an efficient collection process. The main goal will be to recruit and build a top-notch collections team and implement the most innovative collection tools. Head of Collections will actively work with other company functions (strategy, marketing, customer support) on several creative projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a fast and efficient collection process
• Actively look for measures minimizing past due accounts and implement them into the process
• Constantly review and improve policies
• Lead the implementation of the new collection system
• Engage in creative cross-function projects (strategy, marketing, sales, etc.)
• Build a world-class collections teams by actively seeking appropriate candidate, conduct interviews, and oversee recruitment process
• Lead and Manage TendoPay’s Collections Team.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C (Consumer Lending) collections required

• Previous experience in customer service roles

• Leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Quick-Learner, creative, strong focus on personal development
