- Might upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services
- Provide customer satisfaction using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Can speak, write and read in the Japanese language
- Must be a Filipino who can speak Japanese fluently
- Experience in the BPO / Call Center is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
- Can work on a DAYSHIFT
- At least a High School graduate
- Amenable to a 45K Salary Package
- with good computer and internet navigation skills
