- Respond to inbound customer support concerns about mobile phones, smartphones, TV products etc (Training will be given upon employment)
- May upsell relevant products and services
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Korean
- No BPO / Call Center Experience needed
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Pasig / Mandaluyong City
- Willing to work in DAYSHIFT schedule but still flexible to shifting schedule if needed
