Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle outbound calls to potential prospects / leads.
- Create relationships with clients to ensure costumer loyalty.
- Handle sales of online paid advertisements to small - medium enterprises in the US.
- Show strong desire to work with a team to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3 - 5 years in an Account Management and/or sales capacity.
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to cross-function processes and relationships.
- Excellent collaborative approach to leadership and the ability to manage diverse client targets.
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques / analytics (e.g., SPIN).
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services.
- Goal - oriented.
- Strong desire to close deals.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift 10PM - 7AM.
- Willing to work in a BPO set-up.
- Willing to work in Uptown BGC.
