- Respond to inbound customer support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding car reservations, cancellation, bookings, etc online
- May cross sell car products and services online
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available online tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in English and Japanese
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start within the week! ASAP!
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
