- Respond to inbound customer support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding credit card accounts, billing, issuance, etc
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in English and Kiego (Japanese)
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start within the week! ASAP!
- Willing to work on a Shifting Schedule
- Willing to work in Pasig City
