Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound customer service concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding medical and hospital services.
- May handle concerns about billing or room reservations or lab and medical services bookings as well as medical products, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduates, preferably Healthcare related courses;
- Above average to excellent Communication skills;
- Must have good computer navigation skills;
- Willing to work in a BPO company;
- No BPO experience needed but is an advantage; sales experience is an advantage
- Willing to start ASAP;
- Fixed Night Schedule and Weekends Off;
- Willing to work in Pasig City;
