Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to customer support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding financial transactions, investment banking concerns, issues financial software issues, etc.
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
- Will deal with the following: investment, securities, stocks, bonds and client facing experience, Tax Forms, K-1, income and expense tracking, Net Asset Value (NAV), profit and loss
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least College Graduate (of any 4 year course) with basic computer navigation skills
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in oral and written English
- With at least 1 yr INVESTMENT BANKING experience
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Taguig City
