- Respond to inbound customer support concerns
- Handle concerns regarding airline reservations, ticketing, cancellations, transfers, etc.
- May upsell relevant airline products and services
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least HS Graduate with good computer navigation skills
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin
- Willing to work in a BPO setting
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Espana Blvd / Quezon City
