Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to inbound customer service support calls
- Handle concerns regarding financial transactions, money sending and receiving, etc.
- Handle issues relevant to money transferring products and services
- Provide consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least College Graduate (of any 4 year course) with basic computer navigation skills
- Above average to excellent Communication Skills in both English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year work experience
- Willing to work in a BPO setting; full time online service specialist
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Quezon City
