Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain high quality, modular and reusable code and components
- Design and develop software solutions that meet defined specifications
- Assist in solution design and architecture decisions
- Write and execute test cases to ensure performance and correct function of a software
- Support and maintain production systems
- Mentor and support the development of your peers’ technical discipline
- Write technical specifications
- Perform design reviews and code reviews
- Participate in peer-group discussions about best practice and ideal solutions to problems
- Assess other developers performance and identify areas for improvement
- Help to define and improve coding standards, processes, and procedures
- Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and recommendations to management to assist in decision making
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- 12+ years’ experience as a developer
- 5+ years working with C# and .NET
- 1+ years’ experience with Angular or similar contemporary full-stack technology
- A strong background in Object-Oriented Design and Development with an applied understanding of design patterns
- A commitment to code quality and continuous improvement
- A solid understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies in general
- Experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework (or other ORM technology)
- Experience with continuous integration/delivery and code instrumentation tools
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Experience with validating and writing code that adheres to secure coding practices
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- A modern and reliable computer with a quality microphone, headset, and webcam for clear communication
- Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbit upload speed)
- Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
- Must be currently residing in the Philippines
- Available to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (1 hour of breaks)
