Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and Materialize ground breaking business plans to fuel the growth of the company
- Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to Head Departments
- Implement new data analysis methodologies, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Self-driven and motivated with desire to work in a results-driven environment with varied responsibilities
- Interpret data, analysing results using statistical techniques
- Works with the business planning team to create strategies for process improvement
- Acquires critical data from various sources (sales, finance, and price segment) and maintain an accurate detail on these data from time to time.
- Collaborates with different teams to collect, generate and analyse weekly or monthly Techbox sales data which will be used as a reference for planning and business campaigns.
- Monitors and improves existing operations and processes within the Business Planning Department
- Assists in the execution of campaigns and programs (both in-house and brand initiated)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess Mathematics, Information and Technologies or Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be Ambitious, smart, hardworking, has strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with keen to details and accuracy.
- Honest, Innovative, self-starter, flexible, willing to work overtime and be trained.
- Can manage businesses and different projects.
- Can work under extreme pressures.
