Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the massive cold calls every day done by the telemarketers
- Prospect new clients from various sources.
- Follow up with potential clients their requirements for steel products
- Coach, inspire, and motivate a telemarketing team.
- Ensure the team meets the cold calls targets.
- Ensure Telemarketing training, development, and performance management.
- Good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
- Develop telesales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Disciplined use of CRM system, communication, and customer management.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries.
- Monitor random calls for quality assurance.
- Forecast and analyze sales data.
- Regularly report KPIs to Directors.
- Ensure targets and manage KPIs.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any 4-year course, Marketing, Management, and Business courses.
- Persistent in making follow up with potential clients.
- At least six (6) months experience in the same capacity.
- Previous call center /Telemarketer experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience managing a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good customer service.
