Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
- Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing and internet packages.
- Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Attendance monitoring (Marketing)
- Searching potential suppliers
- Answering phone calls
- Additional task by the President
- Extra task from the Marketing Manager
- Summarizing weekly sales report of PS Cebu
- Weekly petty cash monitoring
- Monthly supplies inventory
- Finalizing credit card bills of the President
- Requesting payment for P.O
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate, preferably Marketing, Business Management
- With 1-3 yrs experience in the same capacity
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Good PR and interpersonal skills
- Creativity in conceptualizing marketing strategies
- Good in data analysis
- Good negotiating skills
- Persuasive
