Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts preliminary interview with job applicants.
- Administers a battery of psychological tests to job applicants.
- Encodes job application with the applicants’ data base.
- Assists the Assistant HR Manager in the issuance of tardiness memo and other work sub-standard violations.
- Monitors the manpower agencies compliance with SSS remittances.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate, preferably of Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Human Resources Management.
- At least 6 months work-relateed experience.
- Knowledgeable of psychological test administration and interpretation.
- Good interviewing skills.
- Good coordinating skills.
