Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles the department’s administrative functions such as:
- Schedules appointments.
- Plans and executes meetings & conferences.
- Takes minutes of the meeting.
- Coordinates with other departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Monitors maintenance of office equipments.
- Sources for IT goods suppliers.
- Places orders and receives IT goods deliveries.
- Ensures that equipments are in good operating condition.
- Monitors and ensures preventive maintenance of equipments are undertaken.
- Ensures food running condition of cpu units, printers, fax machine and other office equipment.
- Evaluates proposals on new equipments.
- Monitors and facilitates equipment repairs.
- Scouts for software upgrades.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Network Engineering, IT, and Computer Technician courses.
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance and simple trouble shooting of equipment.
- Good communication skills.
