Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Inventory Officer is responsible for:
- Doing Warehouse inventory.
- Encoding incoming / outgoing stocks via Inventoria.
- Reporting to Purchasing Manager 2 if stocks reach reordering point.
- Inventory should not reach Zero Level.
- Generating reports thru Inventoria.
- Cancelling orders in Quick Books / Inventoria System.
- Doing Local Trade Inventory.
- Encoding sales for local trade via excel.
- Reconciling office records (Warehouse Inventory – Inventoria and Local Trade Inventory – excel) Vs. Warehouse Physical Inventory
- Generating monthly reports like:
- Monthly Active Suppliers/ Top 10 Active Suppliers/ Top 3 Suppliers – in terms of Peso Value.
- Ensuring the following:
- Total cost of goods sold for the month.
- Total Cost of Goods sold for the year.
- Total Purchase for Warehouse Stock.
- Total Purchase for Local Trade – in terms of metric tonne and Peso Value.
- Stock Aging.
- Accompanying customer for Inspection of items in Warehouses.
- Performing other duties that as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
- Performing other reports to be announce later.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business course.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Fast-typing skills (65 WPM).
