I.T. Head  

The Head of IT Operations will oversee the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout our operation in the Philippines. In this role, you will work closely with Executive Leadership, Department Managers and other staff to assess and address user and departmental needs. Areas of responsibility include the full range of infrastructure activities, including determining user requirements, recommending practical solutions, and leading organization-wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology. This position reports to the CIO. Other principal working relationships include the Executive staff, Department Managers, all system users, vendors and consultants

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Ten or more years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and application of principles of enterprise architecture
• Experience in working organizations that are PCI and SOC compliant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of technical staff, to work with the Executive
• Management of an organization, and to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products, and to take initiative in the development and completion of projects
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
